- Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store. There are no minimum spend thresholds, hidden handling fees, or surprises at checkout.
⏱️ 2. Processing & Transit Times
To ensure your items are securely packed and checked for quality, all orders undergo a structured fulfillment timeline:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling/Processing Time: Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, quality-check, and dispatch from our fulfillment centers.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery to the UK typically takes 7 to 10 business days for major metropolitan areas, and up to 12 days for regional addresses.
Please note: Total estimated delivery time is equal to Handling Time + Transit Time. While most orders arrive within this window, occasional customs inspections or seasonal carrier backlogs may cause minor adjustments.
📍 3. Tracking Your Shipment
- Every single order is shipped with a fully verifiable tracking number.
- As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website or via the carrier's portal at any time.
📦 4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the item immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@flypackpro.co.uk so we can fast-track a replacement or refund for you.
- If your tracking status has stopped updating for more than 5 consecutive business days past the expected delivery window, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue.
🏢 5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failure
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout.
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, or if the package is abandoned at a local sorting depot, any subsequent redelivery fees or loss of shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
⚖️ 6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- To provide the most seamless shopping experience possible, we work closely with our global logistics networks to minimize delays. For the vast majority of our UK shipments, packages pass cleanly through local customs directly to your doorstep.
- However, please note that any potential import duties, localized clearance taxes, or carrier handling charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
