To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions to ensure quality control:
- Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received itβunworn, unused, and undamaged.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging with all tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or valid proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the designated return shipping address.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.
π¦ 3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning an item for change-of-mind reasons. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Tracking Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost in transit back to our facility.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers located within the United Kingdom have the statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
- To exercise this right, the items must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (completely unused and in their original packaging).

π« 6. Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions
Certain types of products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to safety, hygiene, or logistical reasons:
- Personal Care & Hygiene Products: Personal travel accessories, such as earplugs, cannot be returned once the protective hygienic packaging or product seal has been opened or broken.
- Gift Cards: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get the travel gear you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item through our storefront.

- Inspection: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
- Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banking Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to officially process and post the transaction to your statement.
